Refund Policy

This document is a general template and not legal advice. Strondex should have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on it.
Strondex's digital products — including downloadable checklists, hardening packs, workbooks, and templates, as well as access to our online checklist tool — are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded. Because these products are delivered instantly and electronically, completing your purchase and accessing the materials is treated as final.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to a digital product and that you waive any right to a refund once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Why digital products are non-refundable
Our products are delivered to you instantly after purchase. Once a checklist, workbook, or template has been downloaded — or once online tool access has been opened — it cannot be "returned," and the value has already been delivered. For that reason, we do not offer refunds for digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions we handle in good faith
We want every purchase to be fair. We will work with you in good faith in these situations:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — if you were charged more than once for the same item, or charged in error, we will refund the duplicate or mistaken charge.
- Failure to deliver access — if a genuine technical problem prevented you from receiving your download or accessing the tool you paid for, and we are unable to fix it for you, we will make it right (by restoring access or issuing a refund).
To request help under one of these exceptions, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with your order details. We will review and respond promptly.
Consulting engagements
Refunds, cancellations, and payment terms for consulting are not covered by this policy. They are governed by the separate statement of work or written agreement for that engagement.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
