This Privacy Policy explains how Strondex ("Strondex", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Strondex LLC, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase digital products, access our online checklist tool, or engage us for consulting. By using our services you agree to the practices described here.
What we collect
We try to collect only what we need to sell and deliver our products and support our customers.
Information you give us
- Account details, your name and email address when you create an account or complete a purchase.
- Purchase information, the products you buy and related order details. We do not store your card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card data is handled directly by Stripe under their security and compliance controls.
- Communications, messages you send to [email protected] or details you provide for a consulting engagement.
Information collected automatically
- Login session, a session cookie and/or browser local storage we use to keep you signed in and operate the online checklist tool. This is functional, not advertising.
- Privacy-friendly analytics, we use a self-hosted instance of Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Plausible is cookieless, does not use cross-site tracking, does not build personal profiles, and does not sell or share data with third parties for advertising.
- Server logs, standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) may be recorded for security and reliability.
How we use your information
- To create and maintain your account and deliver the digital products you purchase.
- To process payments through Stripe and provide order confirmations and receipts.
- To send transactional email (receipts, download links, account and support messages) through our email/SMTP provider.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To understand aggregate usage and improve our products via privacy-friendly analytics.
- To protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats, and to meet legal obligations.
Marketing communications
If you opt in, at checkout or through a signup form on our site, we send marketing and educational emails (for example, product guides and our newsletter) using our self-hosted email platform, Listmonk. Our lawful basis for these emails is your consent, and we record when and how you provided it.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal mailing address. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any marketing email or by emailing [email protected]; we will stop sending marketing email within 10 business days. Withdrawing consent does not affect transactional messages you need, such as receipts, download links, and account or support notices.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Strondex, our customers, or others.
Data retention
We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the products, support you, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see your rights below).
Your rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about how we handle it, by emailing [email protected]. To protect your data we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. We aim to respond within 30 days (EEA/UK) or 45 days (California) and will tell you if we need an extension permitted by law. Note that we may be required to retain certain records (for example, transaction and tax records) even after a deletion request.
GDPR (European Economic Area / UK)
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. Our lawful bases for processing include performing our contract with you (delivering products you purchase), our legitimate interests (operating and securing our service and understanding aggregate usage), and compliance with legal obligations. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
CCPA / CPRA (California)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion of that information, to designate an authorized agent to make a request, and to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights. Strondex does not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" action is required, you may still contact us with any request. To exercise your rights, email [email protected], and we will respond within 45 days (extendable once where permitted).
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including reliance on Stripe for card data and a self-hosted, cookieless analytics setup. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.
Children
Our products are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
