This Privacy Policy explains how Strondex ("Strondex", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Strondex LLC, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase digital products, access our online checklist tool, or engage us for consulting. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

StripePayment processing. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; Strondex does not store them.
Email / SMTP providerSending transactional email such as receipts, download links, and support replies.
Self-hosted Plausible AnalyticsCookieless, aggregate website analytics. Hosted on infrastructure we control.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Strondex, our customers, or others.

Data retention

We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the products, support you, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see your rights below).

Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about how we handle it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Note that we may be required to retain certain records (for example, transaction and tax records) even after a deletion request.

GDPR (European Economic Area / UK)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. Our lawful bases for processing include performing our contract with you (delivering products you purchase), our legitimate interests (operating and securing our service and understanding aggregate usage), and compliance with legal obligations. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

CCPA / CPRA (California)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion of that information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Strondex does not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise your rights, email [email protected].

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including reliance on Stripe for card data and a self-hosted, cookieless analytics setup. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.

Children

Our products are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
